Suzhou MixC World

Suzhou MixC World
Suzhou MixC World is jointly developed by Huamao Group and China Resources Mixc Lifestyle. The project is built on the modern complex Suzhou China Central Place, adjacent to rich cultural resources such as Shantang Street and Lingering Garden, aiming to create a composite commercial model of "Trendy World in Gusu Garden" and become an explorable, creative, and updatable destination for Gusu lifestyle and cultural experiences. The project has a total building area of approximately 140,000㎡, making it the largest MixC World in East China. It is positioned as a city-level commercial landmark integrating trends, lifestyle, and social experiences. The project adopts a composite structure of "MALL+Block", inheriting the typical MixC World product space planning while combining the architectural characteristics of Suzhou's traditional gardens to create a commercial space with local cultural identity. In terms of spatial form, the project adopts a combination of "MALL+Block", creating two outdoor themed blocks: High Street and Li Xiang. The former focuses on outdoor sports and trendy retail, introducing multiple two-story flagship stores and specialty shops, including DESCENTE, KOLON, SALOMON's largest store in Jiangsu, KAILAS, etc. The latter is themed around refined dining atmosphere, gathering over 80% of first-entry dining brands, including Chillis' first store in Jiangsu, O'eat's first store in Suzhou, COMMUNE.X's first store in Suzhou, Mabuya's first store in Jiangsu, etc. In the planning of brand format matrix and space operation, Suzhou MixC World will integrate diverse scenes such as High Street, Li Xiang, and Art Plaza. Among them, High Street will gather international first-tier brands and regional first stores; Li Xiang focuses on social dining experiences; Art Plaza will regularly host art exhibitions, brand pop-ups, and other city-level cultural activities, building a 24-hour vibrant commercial ecosystem.
