Yongchengli

Yongchengli was historically a row-style Shikumen lane residence, built in 1948. The current state has been demolished, but the planning scheme preserves the lane texture, combining commercial functional requirements, absorbing and interpreting the historical building's style characteristics, awakening historical memories, and facing the future. In the future, it will gather watch and jewelry flagship stores, where brands will showcase their historical culture and craftsmanship.
Star Perfume Factory

Preserved historical building, built in the early 20th century, featuring Victorian Queen Anne style characteristics. Historically the site of Star Perfume Second Factory, Star Flower Dew Perfume is a famous old brand in modern Shanghai and the earliest origin of flower dew water in modern mainland China. Huamao Group has now restored the site, continuing the historical context, and has held multiple art exhibitions, cultural forums, and other interactive exchange activities.
Renxingli
Renxingli is a cluster of Shikumen lanes. The planning scheme adopts a preservation and renovation protection method that continues the fishbone structure of main lanes plus branch lanes.
