建筑是什么？在普通人的眼里，它是一个城市单元和符号，人们往往通过建筑来了解这个城市的文化与历史；在艺术家眼里，它是静止的音乐，是城市的雕塑；在城市管理者眼里，它是一种经济形态——商业建筑形成商圈，住宅建筑形成居住环境……，建筑形态实际上决定了城市形态与经济形态。

What is architecture? For ordinary people, it's a unit and a symbol, for people usually get to know culture and history of a city through its architecture; for artists, it's a quiescent piece of music and a sculpture of a city; for writers, it communicates and converses with people every day; for economists, it is a kind of economic status — business centers formed by commercial architectures, and residential environments formed by residential architectures…. Architectural status actually determines urban status and economic status.

城市的建筑具有公共属性，具有社会性和历史性。

The architectures in a city are not products with privacy. Once built, they have a public attribute, a society attribute and a history attribute.

所以打造精品，努力实现建筑与城市人文结合、与环境共生是一个具有责任感的建设者必然的选择，也是造就企业品牌的必由之路。

Therefore, it is a necessary choice for a real-estate developer with a sense of responsibility and the only way to brand properties to build exquisite projects and achieve integration of architecture and city humanities, and co-existing of architecture and environment.

Entrepreneurs should always seek for insight into tendency, and then take actions accordingly. They should work as hard as possible in a hope of creating a solid foundation for their course. As there is no fixed law or tendency, however, it is really rare in hundreds of years to have the entrepreneurs who can figure out the methods suitable to themselves and then stick to it till they create a century-old corporate.To this end, we have no other choice rather than devoting to being honest people and building classic cities.
